Two iron ornaments
Edo Period
The first a two-section haizara in the shape of a scroll with inlaid gold chrysanthemums amid silver wire tendrils repeated on the scroll ends, one of which forms the handle for the concealed tray; the second an oval tsuba featuring Daikoku with a karako amid auspicious ornaments defined in silver and gold inlay; together with a small Chinese Han-style belt hook with geometric designs picked out in copper and silver (corrosion).
