The first, an oval shakudo plate finished with a stippled surface and carved with Hotei and his treasure sack beneath a pine tree, the reverse with his fan by the tree trunk, all in katakiribori and iroe hirazogan, inscribed Joi; the second a small rectangular silver tsuba with raised rim and decorated with crows on a branch silhouetted against a full moon in katakiribori and bright silver, gold and shakudo hirazogan, signed Mitsuhiro
