EARLY RUSSIAN SPACE SUIT GLOVES.
Pair of Russian pressure suit gloves, apparently intended for use with the SK-1 spacesuit as worn by Gagarin. Orange nylon, gray leather palms, stiff metal ring across knuckles, adjustable webbed nylon strap with Velcro fastening, metal ring cuff.
Very similar to the gloves worn by Gagarin, but with slight differences—perhaps a prototype with improvements on the earlier design.
