A pair of Yixing stoneware jars
Early Qing dynasty
Each of ovoid form supported on a pronounced splayed foot, gently rising at the shoulder to an everted rim, the exterior moulded and applied with a broad band of scrolling peony flowers above a narrower band similarly decorated, separated by an applied horizontal band, all below a collar of precious objects at the neck and above a band of lappets at the foot, the stoneware of a rich red-brown.

- 清早期 朱泥纏枝牡丹罐一對
朱泥呈朱紅色，罐撇口，圓肩，下腹部收窄，往足處向外撇。頸以節帶配合七件不同樂器及文房為飾，罐身以一弦線為界，分為上下兩部份，均模塑纏枝牡丹紋，足處飾以倒三角蕉葉紋，工整有序，屬清早期外銷紫砂大件器物中精品。
