A framed fragment of a Churchill cigar, with certificate.
The signed certificate, from the Association of Disabled French Veterans, states that when Sir Winston was awarded the French Military Medal at a ceremony at Chequers in 1947, he gave one of his cigars to each of the invited guests; Holders of the French Military medal in the London area. The attached fragment is part of that given to M.Louis Dupuy.
