An Olympian trophy awarded to Charles Cave, the electroplated nickel silver biscuit barrel of cylindrical form, with beaded borders raised on 4 scrolling supports, the main body inscribed "WON BY Charles Cave AT THE WENLOCK OLYMPIAN GAMES HALF MILE RACE JUNE 3rd 1884" marked E.P.N.S, makers stamp of Elkington and Co. to the base, 140mm. high
