A good Barr, Flight and Barr vase, circa 1810
Of elegant shield shape, the gilded handles modelled as dolphins with shells applied below their heads, their fins bronzed, painted with a view of 'St Vincent's Rock, near Bristol', reserved on a peach-coloured ground, the reverse richly gilt in neoclassical style with a crown and trophies of war, the neck and foot with bold geometric designs, the interior of the neck with a graduated net-like design, 33cm high, title and mark referring to Royal patronage and Coventry Street address in neat script (restored chip to plinth)
