A rare early Lowestoft cream jug, circa 1760
Of reeded bucket shape with a loop handle with an upturned thumbrest, painted with two bands of 'scroll and flower' borders, the interior painted with a single flower below a formal border at the inside of the rim, 5.8cm high, painter's numeral 5 on the inside of the footrim (chip and fine cracks)
