A group of six dolphin shaped ewers, circa 1770-80
Comprising a Worcester Dolphin Ewer painted in colours with flower sprigs with a gilded rim, 8.8cm high (hairline cracks), a Liverpool ewer, probably Seth Pennington, painted in colours with flower sprigs, 9cm high (broken and restuck), a crisp Lowestoft ewer painted in colours with flower sprays, 7.9cm high, a Derby ewer painted in blue with a pagoda, 8.6cm high, another Derby ewer with the moulding picked out in blue, 7.9cm high (cracked), and a large Liverpool ewer picked out in dark blue, probably James Pennington's factory, 9.4cm high (chip to lip) (6)
