A rare Beilby enamelled deceptive small wine or cordial glass, circa 1765
The very small ogee bowl with a deceptive conical base, enamelled in white with an angler, the gentleman in tailed jacket seated on a mound, a ruined tower among vegetation in the distance and a tree to the left of the vignette, the double series opaque twist stem with a gauze corkscrew enclosed by a pair of 8-ply spiral tapes, conical foot, 15cm high
