A rare Venetian vase or spittoon, circa 1520
Possibly made for the Turkish market, the trumpet shaped bowl set on an identical inverted spreading base, finely reeded in crystallo glass with deep blue trailed rings, two at the rim and two around the base, about 26cm high, 20cm diam at the rim
