Goblet 'litron' et soucoupe of the third size, decorated with flowers and fruit hanging from pink and green ribbons, the edges with gilt geometrical bands entwined with leaves and flowers, all against a blue ground, cup: 6cm high, intertwining double L in blue enamel over a fleur de lys and LG (2)

Footnotes

  • The flower painting was executed by Vincent Taillandier, working at the factory from 1753 until 1790 as a flower painter. The gilding was executed by Etienne-Henry Le Guay (aîné), one of the factory's longest and indeed most prolific employees, working at Sèvres from 1748 to 1797.
