A Sèvres sugar bowl and cover, circa 1758-59
Painted by Jean-Louis Morin with a landscape vignette on each side depicting a bird, within a gilt-edged cartouche against a gilt-edged green trellis enclosing flowers, gilt dentil border to rims, the cover similarly decorated and applied with a flower finial, 9cm high, interlaced LL monogram enclosing date letter F, and painter's mark M, in blue (cover restored) (2)
