Modelled standing, gripping with the hem of her apron a serving platter bearing a leg of gammon, wearing an under-skirt painted in pink and blue stripes with sprigs of flowers and a pale yellow over-skirt trimmed with blue, her hair tied up under a white cap, on a raised scrollwork base picked out in puce, green and gold, 19.6cm high (some restoration)
