A Staffordshire mug of Whieldon type, circa 1760-65
Of cylindrical form on a spreading foot, with a grooved strap handle and a small grooved concentric band just below the rim, the body sponged in brown and with splashes of yellow, green and blue, 12.5cm high (two fine cracks to rim)
