The map browned and mounted on paper and laid down on modern cloth, modern rollers, the borders close shaved and slightly restored at left and right margins, just affecting the graticule lines; together with a hand-colored engraved wall map of Scotland published by Laurie and Whittle in 1794, 48 x 43 inches, based on Dorret's 1750 map.(2)
