attributed to Black, Starr & Frost (American, 19th & 20th centuries), circa 1899
chased and decorated in an Art Nouveau style, with the inscription chased on the back: Larchmont Race Week/July 15th 1899/Class K - Cruising Trim/Sailover Prize/LIRIS, with an applied Larchmont Y.C. medallion and loop handle.
