This gorgeous irregularly shaped limestone slab features a Phareodus (a piranha-like aquatic predator), a delicate freshwater stingray and a Knightia, a prehistoric herring-like fish. The materials' origin in the F-2 Horizon of the Green River Formation is evident in the attractive golden tones of the matrix.
