  • FINE ASSOCIATION COPY, presented with a warm inscription to R.E. Priestley, geologist for Shackleton's Nimrod Expedition (1907-09). In one of the typed notes Doorly mentions seeing Teddy Evans (who wrote the introduction) at a prize-giving, mentioning "In the Wake"... so I shall be looking for some more royalties soon!".
