FIRST EDITION IN ORIGINAL MONTHLY PARTS. With all advertisements called for by Parrish, and with additional 4 pp ad inset at front of parts 5 and 6, and ad slip tipped to ads at front of part 3. Without erratum in part 2 (erratum in parts 3 and 6 present). The publisher's slip at the back of parts 1-7 announces the publication of the next part at the beginning of the following month. Parrish pp 37-38; Sadleir 813 (book issue).
