The rectangular plate within an exuberant gilt frame, the arched crest carved with floral garlands entwined with scrolling vines, C-scrolls and elongated S-scrolls above columnar supports carved with sinuous leafy and floral vines above an integral console/jardiniere with rectangular everted rim carved with a laurel band.
