A lot of two German infantry hangers
Comprising: 1) Prussian Model 1852; 18 3/4 inch blade, the spine with arsenal markings; recurved brass guard marked 155/crown/FW/55/crown/M and with unit marking 26.R.5. Brass grip of regimental pattern. 2) Jager sidearm with slightly curved 18 1/2 inch blade marked at the ricasso MA/2; one-piece German silver grip with short, recurved quillons and bird's head pommel, the block marked MA.
Condition: Both blades showing mottled grey patina with some minor pitting.
