Including 2 German sterling boxes; 1 circular compact with a portrait of an 18th century lady (diameter 2 1/4 in) and a small circular patch box; together with 2 compacts depicting fetes champetre, both probably French, one marked "L & Cie 935", possibly Lerdanier & Cie, (diameter 2 1/2 in) the other "IF", possibly Jean Finch.
