The single-curve handle with upper U-shaped escutcheon re-enforcement and lower flush attachment, crowned WR mark to collar, touchmark inside base of William Charlesley, London, (w.1729-1770), (PS 1623), the drum engraved In Saffeary, Bull Head, Mount Street, capacity 37 fl.oz., height 15.5cm; together with a Pre-Imperial straight-sided pint mug, crowned WR and swan mark to collar, touchmark to base of Thomas Phillips I, (w.1795-1849), (PS 1343), single-curve handle with upper U-shaped escutcheon attachment and lower flush attachment, height 11cm; a straight-sided half-pint mug, engraving to body, worn portcullis mark, single-curve handle with lower flush attachment, touchmark to base, height 8.5cm; and a Pre-Imperial straight-sided pint mug, circa 1750, engraved P Jackson, Smiths Arms, Rawstorne St., Islington Pld, single-curve handle with upper escutcheon attachment and lower flush attachment, unrecorded touchmark inside of base of P F, height 11cm (4)
