An extremely rare gadrooned ale mug of pint capacity, circa 1705
Truncated cone body, crowned AR verification mark to rim, band of lenticular beading above diagonal convex gadrooning rising from left to right, beading to lower body, hollow S-shaped handle with boot-heel terminal, unidentified touchmark inside base, capacity 18.5 fl.oz., height 13.5cm
