To include a 15in diameter example, circa 1760, bearing hallmarks and touchmark of Jacob Daniel, Truro, Cornwall, (w.1750-1769), (PS 2702); two 12in examples, bearing hallmarks and touchmark of Anthony Williams, Bideford, Devon, to rear (w.1730-1752) (PS 10149, OP 5165); a pair of 9in plates, each with ownership triad to rim and touchmark of Samuel Levett II, Crediton, Devon, (w.1708-1750), (PS 5820, OP 2926), a 9in example with touchmarks to rear of Michell (w.1710-?), (PS 6451), (the maker's location could be Leeds, however, the fleece in the touchmark, apart from being found in the Leeds arms, also appears in the arms of Tavistock, Devon) (7)
