1. Autograph Letter Signed ("TAE") 3 pp rectos only, 8vo, n.p., n.d. ("Wednesday"), to "Darling Billy" [his wife, Mina Edison], a little damp-streaked. In part: "Mr Upton is surveying for a new Railroad track to reach some very good ore about 1000 feet along the line. It seems he learned the art of school so he comes in handy ... Be sure and take Toughy this time & be very careful about walking over tracks if anything should happen it would break me down, I am overworked. I have thought of all of you very much lately probably because there are very few problems to solve just now...."
2. Letter Signed ("Thos A Edison"), 1 p, 4to, Orange, N.J., February 17, 1927, on Laboratory letterhead, to W.H. McMaster, thanking him for birthday wishes, fold through signature, modest toning, some edge tears.
