Comprising a twenty eight plate black lacquer, sugi kabuto mounted with a four-stage tehen kanamono and fitted with a sun disc maedate, five - lame shikoro and applied turned back fukugaeshi, the lacquer menpo in two parts fitted with a five-lame yodarekake, the hotoke do in black lacquered leather with paired five-lame panels joining the front and back, the brocade undershirt with seven rows each of seven lacquered leather rectangular panels joined by chain mail, the do with seven sections of five- lame lacquered leather kusazari, seven-lame sode, the gote with vertical lacquered leather panels joined by chain mail, shino suneate, one armour box with gilded Kikyo mon. 138cm
