In the form of a tabako-ire, of almost square shape, lacquered to imitate Portuguese leather with an all-over design of medallions incorporating ume-mon in gold and coloured takamakie, and applied with a shibuichi 'clasp', engraved with Shoki, the interior of nashiji, unsigned.
6cm (2 3/8in).
