Auction Notices
- Please note: After the publication of the catalogue, and thanks to Clay Harper we have discovered that Eric Clapton used the guitar in this lot on 15 November 2006 whilst playing the song After Midnight.
A photograph of Clapton using this guitar taken by photographer MAKIMOTO featured in Where's Eric! at that time.
Also there's a correction to the description of the guitar, the top is not laminate maple, it is carved out of slabs of bookmatched figured maple. Also it does not have a scratchplate.
