a plaque on the back panel engraved Fender Limited Edition, This hand built amplifier is one of only fifty made to benefit the Crossroads Antigua Foundation, with one red dot sticker, top control style open-back cabinet with tweed covering, metal plate stamped Fender Twin Amp, brown grille cloth stenciled with Crossroads Antigua and the sun motif designed by Clapton, motif, leather handle, chrome-plated chassis with five black 'chicken head' style rotary controls, two toggle switches, four inputs, purple tape on the top of cabinet, two 12-inch Fender alnico speakers, multi-voltage model with a US plug, with unused cover, spare handle and instruction manual

  • This '57 Tweed Twin amplifier and its companions, Lots 129 and 132, were issued as a limited edition of fifty to accompany the Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster Crossroads Model and were likewise sold to benefit the Crossroads Centre.

    According to Clapton's current guitar technician, this amp was one of those used on stage by the artists at the 2007 Crossroads Festival.
