in black finish, maple neck with skunk-stripe routing, the back of the headstock with printed Mark Kendrick Fender Custom Shop MK476 transfer and Eric Clapton "BLACKIE" transfer, twenty-two fret fingerboard with dot inlays, three Vintage Noiseless pickups, three rotary controls, selector switch, tremolo/bridge tailblock and white pickguard, the body printed in white with the Crossroads sun logo and CROSSROADS ANTIGUA, additionally signed in various inks by twenty-two of the artists who participated in the Crossroads Festival, Chicago on 26 June 2010 including: Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, Albert Lee, Robert Cray, Sheryl Crow, Jimmy Vaughan, Doyle Bramhall II and Joe Bonamassa; and an Anvil flight case with black plush lining containing a black leather Fender guitar strap stamped with the Crossroads sun logo and CROSSROADS ANTIGUA, two black guitar picks stamped with the Crossroads sun logo and the legend One Day At A Time; and an unopened bag containing various items including a guitar lead, Fender cleaning cloth and Owner's Manual, the lid stencilled in white with the Crossroads sun logo and CROSSROADS ANTIGUA

  • Custom built by Fender in 2007 to the exact specifications of Clapton's stage Stratocaster at the time, with the addition of Clapton's printed design of the Crossroads Centre's sun logo, this guitar was one of 100 built to benefit the Crossroads Centre.

    Eric Clapton appeared on the ABC TV programme Good Morning America with John Mayer in July 2007. The pair played Crossroads Stratocasters to promote the second Crossroads Guitar Festival in 2007.
