The curved 33 inch watered blade extensively inlaid with gold: one side with maker's mark The Work of Hadji Morad Khos Qadam below We put our trust in God and with lengthy Koranic inscriptions, That God may save you from earlier and subsequent blame/and complete his favors on you/and guide you on the straight path/and help you with surpassing help/It is He who sent down the sense of security into the hearts of believers. The reverse inlaid in gold with banding, interlace, roundels and the inscription Help from God and early victory so give good tidings to those who believe/Oh Mohammad. Gilt silver hilt, the guard set with turquoise cabochons. Leather-covered grip, the beaked pommel with silver cap set with coral cabochons.
Condition: Blade showing some wear and minor losses to inlay. Hilt showing wear to gilt finish and with losses to leather.
