The full suit in 16th century style and decorated with etched panels of scrollwork and florals on a beaded ground, the breastplate with central panel of a cross patee below a female mask; his jousting lance, with coronel, in his right hand, a sword of Scottish claymore type on his right hip. Helmet fitted with carved wooden face. The horse, well-carved of wood and fitted with full panoply of armor, etched overall with scrollwork, crosses and panels of chequy. The saddle with red velvet saddle blanket. Mounted on a rectangular wooden plinth.
Condition: Excellent.
