Two Worcester dessert plates
A fine pair of Worcester dessert plates, circa 1765-70
Of lobed 'Meissen' shape with gilt rims, decorated in the Giles workshop, painted in 'Wet Brush' style with off-centre fruit sprays, one with an aubergine and flowers, the border painted with two loose sprigs and a radish, the other with a large peach framed by small flowers, 22.7cm diam (2)
