A very similar example with a mottled pink rose, two buds and three multi-coloured butterflies is in the collection of the Corning Museum of Glass, New York (see Paul Hollister and Dwight Lanmon, Flowers which clothe the meadows (1978), p.83, fig.269). Another similar example without the butterflies, from the collection of the late Baroness de Bellet, was sold in these Rooms, 19 May 2010, lot 50.
