James Bond: A portrait painting of Roger Moore, attributed to Robert McGinnis, 1974,
believed to be the original 'The Man With The Golden Gun' poster artwork, subsequently used throughout the Roger Moore as James Bond promotional campaigns,
large format watercolour and gouache on paper, mounted on board, unsigned, 30 x 36 inches
- Following further research and having made contact with Robert McGinnis, the painting was possibly executed by the artist, however due to the time that has elapsed since its creation he is unable to confirm this. Mr. McGinnis has given us the following statement regarding the painting:
"It's possible I did it and have forgotten; however, if I didn't do it, someone made an exact copy of my final poster painting of Roger Moore."
