playing two airs, with bass-right 18-part sectional comb with teeth in groups of three, stamped plain brass bedplate, in carved lornette-ray form snuffbox case with the ridged lid having concealed compartment, opening to reveal fine underbelly veneers of tortoiseshell, the sides with chased ray-burst decoration and tortoiseshell terminals, plain underside, with a key - 3.3/4in. (9.5cm) wide, the cylinder 2.1/4in. (5.5cm)
