No. 17273 stamped to the motor plate, the five-cam drive for dark brown and red-peaked finch at top of tree flapping wings, tiny kingfisher jumping from side-to-side below with purple and iridescent plumage, the pond inset to the rocky mount with mirrored water surface, four drake ducks with the one nearest the rotating glass rod waterfall leaning forward and feeding, the 2-train timepiece striking on a bell set in rock to the left bearing white enamel dial, open chapter ring with Roman numerals, foliage and decoration featuring dried grass, flowers and silk leaves adorning painted faux-moss clad tree trunk, shaped oval base, presently residing within rectangular mahogany framed and glazed cabinet with door to front, plain painted back panel, key-wind and start/stop to right hand side, with period keys - 22in. (56cm) automaton height, the case height 24in. (61cm), the width 18.1/2in. (47cm)
