with the four cylinders playing six airs each, double-spring motor, single-section comb with three-quarter length zither attachment, intermediate-gauge butterfly governor, tune indicator on reeded cast gilt bedplate in ebonised interior under dustlid, large part-coloured tunesheet upon stained and inlaid yew panel inside the lid, in imposing thuyawood and part-ebonised case, the slight-domed lid bearing shaped mother-of-pearl, kingwood and brass cartouche, panel bordered by triple boxwood stringing, repeated to front and sides, canted corner profile, on the matching stand with full veneered top, shaped apron with central drawer for cylinder storage, on ring-turned and tapered ebonised supports, on dark porcelain castors - 47.1/2in. (120cm) stand width, the cylinders 13.1/4in. (33.5cm)
