Beautiful pale bisque head with large fixed brown glass paper-weight eyes, delicate shading to lids and feathered brows, closed mouth with tongue and pierced ears, cork pate and blonde wig, on a Gesland stockinette body with a wire frame, composition lower arms and legs, wearing a white cotton dress with broderie anglaise detail, bonnet with rosette, underclothes, socks and shoes, (hands over-painted), incised in block letters F.12.G, 77cm (30in) tall.
