Footnotes

  • Patek Philippe produced the reference 5101 from 2003 until it was discontinued in 2008. The tourbillon view is unusually located on the reverse.

The Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirms production of the present watch in 2003 and its subsequent sale on January 16th 2004. The extract further states the watch received a COSC rating certificate.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public. For a similar example with different colour dial, see lot 262, sold in these rooms 8th June 2011.
