An interesting 18th century Italian clock movement, and another
Anto:us Molinarius Venetus fecit, Pisauri
The Italian movement with rectangular plates united by four vase shaped pillars pinned through the backplate, the single spring barrel movement driving both the going and striking trains, the former with a verge escapement (pendulum bob, hammer, bell and bell stand lacking, the movement generally in need of restoration, with many spare holes) together with an English miniature twin fusee movement with maintaining power, but in an unfinished state, the winding squares uncut and with no escapement, but with an associated 8 inch circular silvered dial, a pair of blued steel hands and a pendulum
