  • Thomas Popham Luscombe served in Hanover between 1813-1816. He was born in Killester, Dublin and married Catherine Tooke Robinson on the 8th September 1821 at St George's Church, Hanover Square, London. They had two sons, Thomas Charles Popham Luscombe and Randolph Richards Luscombe and a daughter, Isabella Eliza Luscombe. They lived at Killester House.
