of good loud clear tone, with single-spring motor, the three combs each with plain washers on reeded cast gilt bedplate in ebonised interior under dustlid, period tunesheet inside the lid, in two-tone case veneered in ebony and burr walnut, repeated to the slight-domed lid, intermediate boxwood stringing, (one tip off mid-range piccolo comb, dustlid glass cracked, some veneer damage), 23in. (59cm.) wide, the cylinder 13in. (33cm.).
