Hand-detachable locks, the treble-grip action-body with side-clips, the makers name engraved in a scrolling banner surrounded by bold foliate-scrollwork, the underside engraved Coombe's Coy. Ltd. Rangoon, well-figured stock (cracked and repaired at hand, inset repair to lower horns) with chequered side-panels, ornate border chequering, semi-pistolgrip and ebonite extension, horn-tipped forend (modified) chequered en suite, the original Westley Richards Steel barrels with game-rib engraved Westley Richards & Co., London and with scroll-engraved breech-ends; the later barrels with game-rib engraved New Barrels by H. Adkin & Sons, 57 High Street, Bedford and with scroll-engraved breech-ends
