The 12 inch arched brass dial with silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring, subsidiary seconds dial, date aperture and strike silent dial to the arch, enclosed by pierced shell and dolphin spandrels with matted dial centre, the twin drive train movement striking a bell, contained within an arched hood with later finials and quarter columns, above an arched boxwood and ebony lined trunk, on box base and later square section feet, high 243cm.
