The first seized in scabbard and measuring 76cm from base of chape to top of locket, gilt brass stirrup shaped hilt with outer guard, one-piece ivory grip, the tooled black leather scabbard with gilt brass mounts, the locket engraved Knubley & Co No.7 Charring Cross London, the other with 81.5cm spear-pointed blade,regulation brass hilt with ribbed wood grip.
