The first with 86.5cm narrow blade of flattened diamond section with brass inlaid makers mark and indistinct inscription on each side(pitted), characteristic hilt with swept bars and pierced guard (inner guard panel missing), later wire bound grip, the other with 77cm blade stamped Andrea Farara interspersed with King's head marks, half basket hilt comprising three scrolling side bars joining the ring-guard to the knuckle-guard, wood grip, late 18th century (2)
