Lease signed by Robert Adam, and by his brother and fellow architect James, for a plot of land to the north side of Devonshire Street, Marylebone, to William Adam and Stephen Morris to Peter Day, carpenter, for a term of eighty-five years at a rent of £14 per annum, signed also by Day; with a small ground-plan of the plot in question, on a single sheet of vellum, red wax seals, blue paper revenue stamp, docket, some dust-staining on exterior where folded, approximately 700 x 900mm., folding to 220 x 310mm., London, 1 March 1791
